Returns & Refunds

  • We are committed to your satisfaction with every order. That's why we offer a 14-day return policy for all purchases under our Happiness Guarantee. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact us at info@dealr.art to receive a full refund—no questions asked.

  • We guarantee your art will arrive safely. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please send photos of both the artwork and the packaging to info@dealr.art within 14 days of receipt. As part of our Happiness Guarantee, you can choose to have a replacement sent to you at no additional cost or receive a full refund.

  • Once your return is accepted, we will issue your refund within 1–3 business days and notify you via email confirmation. Your refund will be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds can take 5–10 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

  • If your order doesn't match what you purchased, please contact us at info@dealr.art with photos of the artwork and packaging and we will ensure the correct order is sent to you immediately.
